Due to the nature of our products, if you see an item and would like to make a change or have an idea on how you would like it to look, then please let us know. We are often asked to customise items, this is something we will try, but cannot guarantee. Also, as all items are made to order, we will endeavour to ship your item as soon as possible, but if you need something urgently, please let us know and we will see if we can accommodate this for you.
We strive for 5 star feedback and if you feel that we have not given you a 5 star service, then please let us know before leaving feedback. We can only sort out issues if you make us aware of them in the first place. Remember, we are not the delivery company, so please do not leave negative feedback for items that are lost or delayed. We would love to be able to deliver all of our items ourselves, and even pop in for a cup of tea and slice of cake, but this is not possible.
We offer the following delivery services:
Economy delivery - Royal Mail 48, this is a 2-3 day service with the majority received within 48 hours.
Standard delivery - Royal Mail 24, this is a 1-2 day service with the majority received within 24 hours.
Express delivery - DPD 24, this is a next working day service (Monday to Friday).
Please note, if you have not received your item within the estimated dates displayed at time of purchase, then please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office in the first instance. You should be left a red 'While you were out...' card, but we are aware that this is not always the case. Royal Mail allow themselves 18 days to deliver post before they will class the item as lost. After this time, we can issue a refund or a replacement.

In compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations we are happy to offer all of our customers a 7-day 'cooling-off' period for non-personalised goods. Postage refunds will only be made if the items is found to be faulty or an error on our part. Please ensure you obtain a certificate of posting (this can be obtained free of charge from your Post Office) as we will not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged that you return to us. You will be required to send this certificate of posting to Royal Mail if you are required to make a claim for any lost items. We will refund you within 48 hours of receiving the item back to the method you used for payment.
